About the Course

It’s all about getting your body moving and you feeling better. Together we explore the beautiful Cornish countryside and coastline without the distractions of everyday life.  Not only will you gently improve your body’s physical strength and fitness but walking in the fresh air is great for your mental health and well being too.  Walking up to 6,000 steps and burning between 200 - 400 calories during a session you'll feel energised to tackle the day ahead and make healthier choices. The walk lasts 60 minutes  with cool down stretches and herbal tea (bring your own reusable cup). There will be plenty of opportunity to chat and ask questions about the foundations of your activity, exercise, daily habits, healthy nutrition, goals and mindset with this 5-week course led by Rosie. Open to those who do little or no physical activity at present. You don’t need to be fit but you must be able to cope with moderate gradients, uneven terrain, hills, steps and stiles. Also, to the seasoned exercisers wanting to use the accountability of the group to do additional exercises, running or power walking alongside.

To book

Get in touch with Rosie via Facebook, WhatsApp, text, email or phone 07779838214 and transfer the course fee via BACS to

All payments are non-refundable. Payment must be made in full at least one week before the start date of the course.

Although I do not cancel for wet weather for our Wellness Walks, they may be postponed for very wet/windy weather as it makes it very hard to chat and very uncomfortable for you. You will be contacted by email, text & phone as soon as possible for any postponement.
